Subscription Terms

These terms apply to NORTEZ plans and form part of the Terms and Conditions. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Paid plans cannot currently be purchased; whether VAT applies, and the final price including any VAT, will be shown at checkout before any payment is taken.

• Personal Free: R0 per month. Includes 1 business profile with up to 3 active listings.
• Personal Plus: R49 per month. Includes up to 2 business profiles with up to 5 active listings each.
• Business Pro: R199 per month for each business profile upgraded to Pro. Includes up to 50 active listings for that business and custom listing order.

Contact options, messaging, claims, verified reviews and safety features are available on every plan. Paid plans do not buy higher search ranking.

Your personal plan sets how many business profiles you can manage. Business Pro applies only to the specific business it is attached to and does not upgrade other businesses on the same login. Buying Business Pro does not replace or cancel your personal plan.

Online payment for Personal Plus and Business Pro is not yet available. Before any payment is taken, the checkout will show the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms, and the payment provider. NORTEZ does not store card details.

NORTEZ may grant a plan free of charge, for example to founding businesses, for a set period or until further notice. A complimentary plan may be ended by NORTEZ with reasonable notice and never converts to a paid plan without your explicit agreement.

If a plan ends, your business profiles and listings are kept. Listings above the new allowance cannot be published until you remove others or upgrade again, and Pro-only features such as custom listing order stop applying.

We may change plans or prices for the future. Changes will not apply to a period you have already paid for, and we will give notice of price increases before they take effect.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, including any cooling-off rights for online purchases. Billing questions: business@nortez.co.za.
