Getting Started
- •Shoppers: browse freely — no account needed to discover, call or WhatsApp a business.
- •Providers: sign up free to create a business storefront and add listings.
- •Sign in only when you want to save favourites, message, get alerts or create a business.

Starting From Scratch
- •Go to Account → My Businesses and create your storefront with name, category, photo and contact buttons.
- •Your exact address stays private if you prefer — choose a neighbourhood pin instead.
- •Your personal account is never publicly searchable; businesses are separate public profiles.

Claiming an Existing Business
- •Many local businesses are already listed in the NORTEZ directory with a "Not on NORTEZ yet" banner.
- •If it's yours, tap Claim this business and submit your details.
- •Once approved you get a Verified badge and full control of the profile.

Showing What You Do
- •Add listings for products, services, promotions, food or events.
- •Use the Listing Strength score and quick-start templates to write great listings.
- •Add a clear photo and price (or 'Contact for quote'). Mark your best items as Featured.

Finding Customers & Discovery
- •Shoppers filter by radius and sort by closest, so nearby businesses appear first.
- •Get directions opens Google Maps straight to the business.
- •Saved alerts notify shoppers when new matching listings appear.

Performance & Analytics
- •See views, saves and contact clicks per listing in your business dashboard.
- •Your own visits are never counted.
- •Top items earn public ★ Best seller and Most saved badges.

Direct Contact & Privacy
- •Phone numbers are hidden behind Call and WhatsApp buttons to protect owners from scrapers.
- •Customers contact you directly — NORTEZ charges zero commission or fees on your sales.
